The CMO Portal is the Chief Minister's Public Grievance Redressal Portal. It is the official online platform of the Government of Kerala that helps ordinary citizens directly submit complaints at a higher governmental level to address service failures, delays, corruption, or other personal/public issues from various government departments or institutions.

Easy Online Submission: Complaints can be registered from anywhere in the world, at any time, right from home.
Status Tracking: After submitting a complaint, you can check its status online at any time, including which department is currently processing it.
Alternative Methods: For those unable to use online services, complaints can be submitted through Akshaya centers, via post, or through the 'Santhwanam' section at the Thiruvananthapuram Secretariat.
